{"id":3629,"date":"2019-10-24T14:27:44","date_gmt":"2019-10-24T14:27:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.liberinantes.org\/new\/?p=3629"},"modified":"2019-10-25T09:50:48","modified_gmt":"2019-10-25T09:50:48","slug":"reves-excellence-award-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.liberinantes.org\/new\/reves-excellence-award-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"REVES Excellence Award 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 6 June we\u2019ve been in Brussels at the European Committee of the Regions to participate to the conference upon the invitation of REVES aisbl &#8211; European Network of Cities &amp; Regions for the Social Economy.<br \/>\nThe conference topic was \u201cMilestones towards the future: pathbreaking examples of cooperation, mutualisation and solidarity in urban and rural are<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">as, promoted jointly by cities\/regions and the social economy\u201d, organized in the framework of the REVES Excellence Award 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3631\" src=\"http:\/\/www.liberinantes.org\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/62360533_1293954484114915_2408504220920578048_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"720\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.liberinantes.org\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/62360533_1293954484114915_2408504220920578048_n.jpg 960w, https:\/\/www.liberinantes.org\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/62360533_1293954484114915_2408504220920578048_n-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.liberinantes.org\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/62360533_1293954484114915_2408504220920578048_n-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We presented the work we\u2019re carrying on at the Campo Sportivo XXV Aprile &#8211; Pietralata, a formerly abandoned public space that is coming back to new life thanks to the volunteer engagement of a multicultural community made up of local and migrants people. This work is the result of the cooperation between LiberiNantes and other subjects involved like ATER, Regione Lazio and private donors. All together we\u2019re giving a meaningful contribution to the social life of the Pietralata neighbourhood in Rome and that\u2019s the reason why the jury of the REVES Award decided to give us this important recognition.
